That municipal page is important because a Butler ticket is not always handled the same way as a Bates County Circuit Court traffic case.

Public Access and Limits
Public traffic case information is available through court access rules and public-record principles, but not every document is open online. Missouri Sunshine Law applies to many government records, while Missouri Court Operating Rule 2 governs access to judicial branch court records.
