Because custody data changes quickly, verify time-sensitive items by phone. A release date, bond amount, or court time can change after a new court order or transport event.

Bates County Visitation Schedule
Bates County uses in-house video visitation from the lobby visitation room. The official rules say there is no charge to the visitor or inmate for in-house lobby video visits. Visitors must have photo ID and be at least 17 years old. Visitors under 17 must be with a parent, guardian, or responsible adult and have a birth certificate copy for identification. Visitors are subject to background check. Inappropriate conduct can lead to denial of future visits, and visitation may be denied for disciplinary reasons.
